With large, stable boards and lightweight paddles SUP surfing can be a relaxing, easy way to get out onto the flat water or a way to experience the thrills of surfing in waves for the first time.
SUP Surf Lessons
Level 1 Basic SUP

Learn the basics of Stand Up Paddle Surfing on the flat calm waters of Playa Blanca. The lesson includes a brief orientation session on the beach where you’ll learn how to handle your paddle, correct paddle techniques, how to stand on your board, go along, make turns and what to do if you fall off the board. You’ll then take what you’ve learned out onto the water while our professional Instructors will stay with you and give you tips to improve.
Level 2 Intermediate SUP

Now that you’ve mastered the basics of SUP it’s time to take it to the waves! Surfing on an SUP surf board is the most fun part of the sport but it can be tricky without the right technique. Your professional SUP Instructor will give you the knowledge and skills needed to catch you first wave.
Level 3 Advanced SUP
1 hour $60
These lessons are for experienced surfers and SUP surfers who want to improve their riding technique and get into larger surf. Getting out through big white water surf and making on-the-spot turns to get into the right spot to catch the waves takes time to master. Your SUP Instructor will work with you to master your SUP in big surf.

SUP Surf Tours
Eco Tour – 4 hrs $85
After a brief orientation for beginner SUP Surfers the tour starts out from Playa Blanca. Paddling with the wind and current passing by the beautiful scenery and blue waters of Tortuga bay and stopping in Punta Cana Club House for a refreshing drink and a rest on the beach. It’s onward to the Punta Cana Ecological park for a walk through the natural forest and a swim in the magnificent clear fresh water lagoons. This tour can be quite a work out so is recommended for people who are physically fit.
Snorkeling Tour

After a brief orientation for beginner SUP Surfers the tour starts out from Playa Blanca and you’ll paddle your SUP out to the secret reefs and coral gardens surrounding this tropical paradise. Your tour guide will take you to where you can swim with hundreds of tropical fish and if you’re lucky see huge Rays, Barracuda, Angel Fish and many more wonders of the deep.
